Ancient Planet Tower Defense

Developed by Door407 RA LLC

A focused tower-defence campaign built around free-form placement, meaningful upgrade choices and handcrafted maps rather than spectacle alone.

Editorial view

What does it offer?

Each map asks you to protect an ancient stronghold from alien waves. Towers can be placed across open ground, so the puzzle is as much about shaping enemy movement as choosing damage types.

Progress feeds into tower and base upgrades. Resetting improvements without losing the invested currency makes experimentation less punishing when a later map demands a different plan.

Strengths

  • Free placement creates substantial tactical variety
  • A long campaign with distinct enemy traits
  • Offline play suits travel and short sessions

Before you install

  • Later difficulty spikes make upgrade choices important
  • The presentation feels deliberately old-school
