TowerMadness 2

Developed by Limbic

A playful alien-versus-sheep defence game with unusually hands-on controls, varied terrain and enough tactical control to reward repeated attempts.

Editorial view

What does it offer?

Across more than seventy maps, you build and upgrade a nine-tower arsenal to stop sixteen alien types carrying away your flock. Open and routed terrain require different defensive arrangements.

Target priorities, adjustable game speed and a rewind feature make battles more active than a typical place-and-wait loop. Normal, Hard and Endless modes encourage replay.

Strengths

  • Target-priority controls reward careful decisions
  • Campaigns mix open maps and fixed paths
  • The single-player game works offline

Before you install

  • The older 3D art is charming rather than polished
  • Difficulty and pacing vary between campaigns
